There is no need to get a prescription for Phentermine when buying it from any online pharmacy, but if you are in any way concerned about any drugs or medications that you are currently taking or have any current medical condition that you think may be affected by taking and using Phentermine then you should consult with your Doctor.
It is important to keep in mind that you should not use Phentermine if you are pregnant or still breastfeeding. In addition, individuals who are known to have a history of heart disease should rule Phentermine out.
By elevating these catecholamines, experts hypothesize that the drug may have an impact on the brain’s leptin levels. Phentermine is believed to raise the brain’s leptin levels. The elevation of catecholamines is also believed to halt the chemical messenger neuropeptide Y, a peptide responsible for increasing hunger and fat storage.
Q: I’ve lost 70 pounds over the past several years by changing to a healthier lifestyle (walking, portion control, healthier foods). I’ve been on a plateau, however, for at least 6 months and my physician prescribed phentermine. I’m also training for a marathon. About a week after beginning the phentermine, I began having terrible muscle aches in my legs, even waking me up at night. I don’t know if it could be the increased mileage or the phentermine. Could phentermine cause this?
The FDA rejected Belviq in 2010 because of unanswered questions about cardiovascular side effects and the drug’s propensity to cause cancer in rats. To allay the FDA’s cardiovascular concerns, Belviq’s manufacturer, Arena Pharmaceuticals, sponsored huge trials in which thousands of patients taking Belviq, or a placebo, received regular echocardiograms to see if the drug was harming their valves. The FDA panel concluded Belviq was safe enough to go on the market, but recommended an extensive post-marketing study to rule out cardiovascular complications. Which is … comforting?

For Weight Loss: “I am a 54yrs. old female and 5’3, I weigh 159lbs., I started on 37.5mg, but I cut the pill in half on 04/22/2018, and I have lost 4lbs., in 2days. My goal weight is 130-135lbs. I’m not a big eater, & I cook & eat healthy, but have problem with drinking sodas all day and no water. My B/P started to rise, because of the extra weight gain. I started walking 3-4 miles a day & still no good results after walking for 6 months, so I asked my doctor for help because it’s very hard to lose the extra pounds and to stop drinking sodas. The good thing about taking this medicine; it takes away your craving for sweets, etc. I don’t have any taste for sodas and now I love water. I still walks 3-4miles a day & I have so much more energy. My doctor said, I may not need to be on the medicine for only 1month. Well, I’ll let you know in one month the results. Good luck!”

I started taking phentermine around 9 weeks ago and I’ve lost 1 stone and 9lbs. I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. I’ve attempted alsorts of diets. Shakes, detox teas, fasting, healthy eating.. you name it, I’ve tried it… and phentermine is the only thing that has worked for me. I’m rarely hungry and if I do feel peckish I always go for fruit or water. It’s honestly changed my life. Just want to lose another 1 stone 5lbs and i’ll be happy!
There is also the typical Phentermine that can be considered. The most common dosage here is 37.5 mg and is made by KVK Tech. This is the generic from of the medication and it comes in a distinctive capsule that is blue and white. It is also possible to be prescribed this form of medication in doses of 15 or 30 mg. You will want to inquire of your doctor which strength is best for you. It might be that you are prescribed a dosage of 15 mg if it is your first time taking Phentermine just to see how your body responds to it. Soon after, you will be moved to 30 mg and then up to the normal dosage of 37.5 mg. If you go with the generic form manufactured by KVK Tech, you will find that it is likely the cheapest form of Phentermine available over the counter. Read More…

General Information: Phentermine is an oral sympathomimetic amine used as an adjunct for short-term (e.g., 8—12 weeks) treatment of exogenous obesity. The pharmacologic effects of phentermine are similar to amphetamines. Phentermine resin complex was approved by the FDA in 1959, but is no longer marketed in the US. Phentermine hydrochloride was FDA approved in 1973. In the mid-90s, there was renewed interest in phentermine in combination with another anorectic, fenfluramine, for the treatment of obesity and substance abuse, however, little scientific data support this practice. On July 8, 1997, the FDA issued a ‘Dear Health Care Professional’ letter warning physicians about the development of valvular heart disease and pulmonary hypertension in women receiving the combination of fenfluramine and phentermine; fenfluramine was subsequently withdrawn from the US market in fall of 1997. Use of phentermine with other anorectic agents for obesity has not been evaluated and is not recommended. In May 2011, the FDA approved a phentermine hydrochloride orally disintegrating tablet (Suprenza) for the treatment of exogenous obesity.1

I’m 33, 5’1, 224lbs female. I started taking 30mg 3.5 weeks ago. My first week went great. I wasn’t hungry and I lost a few lbs. the second week I didn’t feel like I was as eating much but gained back 1lb. So for the last 10 days I have been logging all my calories in an app and staying around 1200 unless I earn more by working out. I went in for a follow up today and was down to 212. So down 12lbs in less than a month! I have experienced dry mouth but it’s not terrible. I try to keep water with me at all times and that helps. I know some people have said they get headaches and feel jittery, I haven’t had either issue but my dr did warn me to stay away from caffeine because that will contribute jitters and she said to make sure I am eating or I will wake up with a hunger headache when the meds have worn off. I realize this is a life style change and so I’m hoping keeping track or calories will continue even after I stop the medication. I recommend it to anyone that feels like they need help
This list is not complete and other drugs may interact with phentermine. Tell your doctor about all medications you use. This includes prescription, over-the-counter, vitamin, and herbal products. Do not start a new medication without telling your doctor.
Q: I have taken phentermine and have had good success to lose weight after a pregnancy several years ago. I wanted to try it again but I am afraid of using it again because of any long-term effects it might have.
Phentermine is a type of medication used in weight loss programs. The medication is intended to suppress the appetite, thus helping patients lose unwanted pounds faster. However, Phentermine is also a central nervous stimulant. As a result, the medication will increase the heart rate and the blood pressure of the patient. This medication also helps people becoming more alert, so this is why some people use it as a recreational drug while others become addicted to it because of its “amphetamine” composition.
The main medical use of Phentermine is as an appetite suppressant and has been found to be an ideal one when used over the short-term use, and is ideally used when exercise may not be possible by someone wishing to lose weight but when someone does need to reduce their calorie intake to help them lose any amount of weight
Thanks to the way that Phentermine has been formulated, one of the reasons why it is prescribed is to help people lose weight over the short term but will be prescribed when a patient needs to lose weight but is unable to put in place an exercise routine to help them lose weight in a more standard way.
Phentramin-d is effective in making you drop weight since it restrains your appetite. When you consume less then certainly you will not gain weight. You feel starving since your brain sends signals to your stomach offering you the feeling of appetite. Your brain does this when your body stops producing insulin. Your body stops producing insulin when your blood glucose drops. Hence, when you consume because of these signals your blood glucose will rise once more.
I wanted to address Deanna from Duluth’s review. Deanna I know exactly what you went through. I have taken this pills off and on for quite some time. Unfortunately, the side effects get progressively worse. The mood swings, depression, rage, crying at every little thing and just not feeling myself at all got worse every time I went back on the pills after being off for a month or so. Not to mention the side effects I had when I stopped the pills. I dropped into a state of depression that I almost didn’t come back from.

Those people who simply don’t lead a healthy way of life but want to get immediate effect by taking Phentermine should not use it. They will never see the result if they are eating everything without any activity and hope that the drug can improve the situation. In this case the medication only harms and doesn’t bring any benefit. Phentermine is mainly for those people who for example have such disorders as diabetes and just the activity and diet cannot solve the problem. Though phentermine is for sale in many places, it doesn’t mean that it is suitable for all.
Phentermine can be obtained only by having it prescribed by a physician. If you are taking Phentermine for recreational purposes, or if you have obtained this medication illegally, you might get in trouble during a drug test. The best thing to do if you take this medication as part of your treatment is inform your boss about this.
You will be impressed by just how cost effective Phentermine to buy, probably more so if you are prepared to bulk buy your supply all at once. The more you buy from one single order then the bigger the savings will become, however you are never under an obligation to have to purchase a large supply as you will be able to buy one single bottle containing just one month’s supply if you so desire.
