Amazing, life-changing weight loss medication. I read some of the reviews around of people complaining about dehydration, dizzy spells etc. and all I have to say is: drink way more water and actually eat something (the healthier, the better obviously). I have been taking these for 1 month and a half now and I just love them. My hunger is gone, my constant cravings are gone (!!!), I managed to reduce the size of my portions, increased my daily water intake and lost 7kg in 1 month! Probably even more incredible is the amount of energy I have throughout the day and along with it, a great mood. I suffered from mild to moderate depression for a long time and these pills just make me feel great a lot of the time (also probably because I’m feeling lighter and sexier day by day due to the weight loss).

Qsymia (previously known as Qnexa) is a new diet pill combo made of phentermine and Topiramate. It was approved by the FDA in 2012 and recently launched in September 2012. Because it uses phentermine as an appetite suppressant, it is considered as a very effective diet pill but cannot be prescribed to everybody.
I wanted to address Deanna from Duluth’s review. Deanna I know exactly what you went through. I have taken this pills off and on for quite some time. Unfortunately, the side effects get progressively worse. The mood swings, depression, rage, crying at every little thing and just not feeling myself at all got worse every time I went back on the pills after being off for a month or so. Not to mention the side effects I had when I stopped the pills. I dropped into a state of depression that I almost didn’t come back from.

I have been taking Phentermine for a couple of years now. I have actually gained weight on this pill… Up to 7 pounds in less than 1 month. I used to weigh around 120-125 before my hysterectomy. Afterwards I jumped up to 140-145 and I am now around 158-160… Still taking pills and no big losses. I did lose 5 lbs in 1 month. I just can’t seem to get the weight off. I do not overeat… I am on the move all day at work and was walking every day until weather got bad. I don’t know what to do. My!!!❤ Also wrote my prescription for my pills wrong last time and if the pharmacist hadn’t caught it and I was following the dosage I would be dead. He wrote it for 5 pills 3 times a day. That would have killed a horse I’m sure… The office just said “Oh well… We corrected it.” WTF???

It is not known how this medication helps people to lose weight. I started taking this at 7mg in 2013. I was averaging 8-10lb weight loss every month. After 6 months I was down 51lbs and excited. Then I hurt my knee and had 2 knee surgeries in 4 months… Started gaining weight like crazy. Last year, I had a hysterectomy and the weight kept coming. I’ve gained back the 51lbs plus 10. Tomorrow I START BACK ON PHENTERMINE!!! This time to keep it off!!!
I have read several negative reviews. Perhaps my body is completely different than others or my brain chemistry is. I took this pill years ago. I just began taking it again, the lowest dosage, because I felt beyond sluggish all day, every day. When I take this I feel “normal”, not hyper, just not sluggish. I have no negative thoughts, etc while taking this. Again, maybe it’s just me and the way my body metabolize medications. Hopefully I can find a Dr who can answer this for Me. If anyone has any suggestions as to why this pill would make me feel “normal” please feel free to share!!!

One thing that I would like to draw your attention to regarding taking and using Phentermine to help you lose weight is that if you drink alcohol when taking it, much like many other drugs and medications there can be some adverse side effects caused, so it is strongly advised therefore that you do not take alcohol when taking and using Phentermine.

This will translate to the use of fats within your body. The item also consists of additional fat-busting ingredients, for instance, ccaffeine anhydrous and hordenine HCl. These will improve the functions of the DL-phenylalanine. Read Full review here of fenfast 375

A: Generic phentermine must meet the standard set forth by the FDA in order to be placed on the market. As long as you are getting it from a local pharmacy and not on the Internet, there should not be any problem in taking the generics. This is a controlled substance, and you need a prescription for it, as you know. Medication from Internet web sites do not always give you the medications you are looking for even though they say they have a great price. Gerald R. Levy, RPh
Phentermine is an amphetamine that stimulates neurons to release or maintain high levels of a particular group of neurotransmitters known as catecholamines; these include dopamine and norepinephrine. High levels of these catecholamines tend to suppress hunger signals and appetite. The drug seems to inhibit reuptake of noradrenaline, dopamine, and seratonin through inhibition or reversal of the reuptake transporters. It may also inhibit MAO enzymes leaving more neurotransmitter available at the synapse.Phentermine (through catecholamine elevation) may also indirectly affect leptin levels in the brain. It is theorized that phentermine can raise levels of leptin which signal satiety. It is also theorized that increased levels of the catecholamines are partially responsible for halting another chemical messenger known as neuropeptide Y. This peptide initiates eating, decreases energy expenditure, and increases fat storage.
talk to your doctor about the risks and benefits of taking phentermine if you are 65 years of age or older. Older adults should not usually take phentermine because it is not as safe as other medications that can be used to treat the same condition.
Many people are first turned back when considering Phentermine because of the high cost typically associated with it. This is because insurance programs in place today do not cover it. Because it is a stimulant that is available by prescription only, the cost can go high during seasons of high demand. It is simple economics. As more people are taking Phentermine, the higher the cost will be. Can you really put a price tag on one of the world’s leading diet pills? The benefits will far outweigh the expense.
Some of the more notable and serious side effects include shortness of breath. This can occur even with the most mild of physical activity. It is also possible to have chest pain to the point that the user feels as if he or she will pass out. Others have noted a swelling in their feet or ankles after taking Phentermine, while others have encountered pounding heartbeats or a fluttering sensation in their chest. Another serious side effect of Phentermine is becoming overly confused or irritable. It is also possible to develop unusual thought or behavioral patterns, while some people will experience feelings of extreme happiness or sadness. Other serious side of effects associated with taking Phentermine include: high blood pressure that is dangerously high, severe headaches, blurred vision, a buzzing sound in the ears, extreme anxiety, chest pain, shortness of breath, irregular heartbeats, and seizures.

Adipex P, Qsymia, Lomaira, Lonamin, and Fastin are all common forms of Phentermine available today. Let us begin with a discussion about Adipex. This is the most common form of Phentermine currently sold in the United States. The typical dosage here is 37.5 mg per pill or capsule. You are required to have a prescription before you are permitted to buy Adipex. This goes for online pharmacies or elsewhere. You can buy Phentermine online, or you can buy Phentermine online without a prescription, but be mindful that this is not legal. Do keep in mind that just to be in possession of Adipex without a current prescription is currently illegal in the United States.

It has also been found that any woman who is or may be about to become pregnant should not take or use Phentermine, and breastfeeding mothers are also strongly advised not to take Phentermine either. If you or anyone that is thinking about taking Phentermine is taking a monoamine oxidase inhibitor, then it is advised not to take Phentermine.
Pregnant women, women who are planning on becoming pregnant or those who are breast-feeding are also discouraged from using phentermine. This is because phentermine will pass through the breast milk of a woman who is breast feeding and directly to her baby. The effects of phentermine on small children are unknown as there have been almost no instances of such cases, but it is highly reasonable to assume that it will not end well for babies.
Adding to the concern is the fact that many doctors have an incentive to recommend it: Phentermine is a mainstay of weight-loss clinics nationwide, prescribed by physicians who profit by selling the pill to patients. Fans of the drug trade tips on social media sites and websites like phentermine.com, where users refer to each other as “phrends” and share the names of doctors who will prescribe it with few questions asked.
I started on Phentermine on June 5th 2017. I went to a metabolic doctor with my husband who is also overweight. It was determined that I was 67 pounds over my ideal weight. My doctor ordered a large amount of blood work. 28 tests to be exact and some of them were panels. So he checked for nearly everything. Nearly all test came back good except low estrogen and some numbers were close to being considered off. He told me about a combination of supplements that should boost my estrogen levels since they were only a bit low, which the supplements did work after being on them for two months. It gave me back my sex drive as well.

Phentermine was also used in tandem with dexfenfluramine, the Dexfen-Phen combination. Dexfenfluramine was approved by the FDA in 1996 as an appetite suppressant and its union with phentermine became an overnight sensation.
