Seems there are mixed reviews about this pill. But what seems to be consist is that of what I went through only after a 4 day use. My weight loss goal was only 12 pounds away from that hotlink cocktail dress winking at you on a hanger in a closet. Although this could have been achieved with exercise and proper eating, exercising seemed to be least of my worries as I would work out at least 3 days a week with a min. 1000 calorie burn. However it was the proper eating part is where I fell short. My appetite had more in mind than losing weight. I could not put the food down no matter how hard I tried and I got no better with age. Phentermine was considered during a visit to a weight loss clinic as a stronger dose from the others. I went with it in hopes to shed some quick pounds in conjunction with my 3 day workouts. To my surprise unexpected negative side effects starting taking effect immediately.
For Weight Loss: “44 year old, 5’8″, male on my 2nd attempt to lose weight with phentermine. 1st time was a few years ago and went from 228lb-195lb trying to reach my ideal BMI (165lb-180lb). I’m focused this try, starting at 225lb. I’ve been on it since March 13 and now at 209lb (April 13). I get dry mouth and try to keep drinking water. Urinating can be slow/difficult/weird sometimes. I don’t have an appetite but I try to eat 3 smaller meals (lots of fruit smoothies) a day and only snack on fruits and veggies for energy. I’m truly dieting this attempt-avoiding bad carbs and focus on fruits, veggies and healthy proteins. I’m taking full use of the drug with lack of appetite as the key benefit and exercising. Eating out of habit, food choices and portion control has caused my obesity. Time to break the awful cycle and retrain my brain. I’m exercising, looking at food more as fuel and if I get tired during the day, I rest/nap. I awake and get going again. Good luck everyone!”
For Weight Loss: “I’m a 48 yr.old female who is 5 ft. 3 and 153 lbs. I started Pentermine in Feb. 2018 @ 165lbs.& so far I have dropped 12lbs. I’m taking the 15mg. yellow & black capsules but I wanted the blue & white capsules because I used them several years ago and they seem to work faster & curb your appetite better. I go to the doctor next week and I plan to ask her if she can write a prescription for the blue & white capsules. I was hoping to be closer to my goal of 128lbs. by now.”

The weight-loss benefits are extremely modest. Compared to placebo, over the course of a year of dieting and exercise, patients taking Belviq lost an average of 3 to 3.7 percent of their initial body weight. A 200-pound patient could expect to lose an extra 6-7 pounds on Belviq, but she would have to keep taking the drug for the rest of her life to keep it off. The manufacturers of Belviq recommend that patients stop taking the drug if they don’t lose at least 5 percent of their body weight in the first 12 weeks.

The use of phentermine may cause dizziness, mask signs of fatigue or the need for rest, or impair the ability of a patient to participate in activities that require mental alertness. Advise patients to use caution when driving or operating machinery, or performing other tasks that require mental alertness until they are aware of how therapy will affect their mental and/or motor performance. In general, ethanol ingestion may aggravate these effects or cause an adverse drug reaction.5 Advise patients to avoid alcohol while taking phentermine.

For Weight Loss: “I am a 54yrs. old female and 5’3, I weigh 159lbs., I started on 37.5mg, but I cut the pill in half on 04/22/2018, and I have lost 4lbs., in 2days. My goal weight is 130-135lbs. I’m not a big eater, & I cook & eat healthy, but have problem with drinking sodas all day and no water. My B/P started to rise, because of the extra weight gain. I started walking 3-4 miles a day & still no good results after walking for 6 months, so I asked my doctor for help because it’s very hard to lose the extra pounds and to stop drinking sodas. The good thing about taking this medicine; it takes away your craving for sweets, etc. I don’t have any taste for sodas and now I love water. I still walks 3-4miles a day & I have so much more energy. My doctor said, I may not need to be on the medicine for only 1month. Well, I’ll let you know in one month the results. Good luck!”

Initially, PhenterPro SR works like phentermine to lessen your appetite. This allows you to eat smaller sized meals/servings and still feel more than contented. You’ll notice you do not need to treat a lot at all. That was especially handy for me, considering that I adore crackers and granola. or even almonds. Sure almonds are healthy and balanced, however not if you regularly eat them like I did.
Phentermine isn’t a good option if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, an overactive thyroid gland or glaucoma. It also isn’t for women who are pregnant, may become pregnant or are breast-feeding.
